2nd Annual ECOFEST, Vendor Registration

Welcome ALL VENDORS!

This year we will have a single vendor registration page! We have limited booths available and will choose the vendors and non-profits who align with the purpose of this year’s ECO FEST!

Vendor Registration

General Information:

Submit your donation and then complete the registration to reserve your booth space at our 2nd Annual Eco Fest (January 19, 2024)!

Once you’ve paid and registered, someone will get back with you as soon as possible. If you pay the registration donation, and are not selected as a vendor, you can request a refund by contacting eearss.org@gmail.com.

Step 1: Pay Vendor Registration Fees

Registered vendors who do not pay their booth fees via a donation by October 31, 2023 will not be considered for the event.

When donating, please make sure to add a note with your full company name and purpose of your donation. If your donation is less than $250.00, we will still consider your registration for the event. Contact eearss.org@gmail.com if you have any questions!

Step 2: SUBMIT THE VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM

Please include your 501(c)(3) details (company name, mission, website)

Step 3: WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION

By October 31, 2023, all vendors will be notified of their status at the event. If for some reason, you are not selected and would like a refund of your donation, please email us!
